"One of my coworkers recently lost his and his wife's beloved dog, Benny. Melissa had done a pet portrait recently for one of my best friends so I thought I would ask her do one of Benny as a nice gift for my coworker and his wife to remember him by. I sent her a couple of different pictures for her to choose from and she got straight to work on the portrait! Her communication with me throughout the process was excellent, and she far exceeded my expectations. She was also able to coordinate shipping so perfectly for when my coworker got back from an out-of-the-country vacation.
